The problem is employees are requested to work on holidays in case the company assigns them urgent work. If employees do not claim their holidays within a year, their annual holiday credit expires. Thus, I prefer a holiday credit system in which employees can collect the dates for holidays without an annual limitation. Companies should entitle their employees to a holiday credit period of several years instead of the unreasonable annual period. The reason why employees deserve the ability to fully manage their own holidays is that they can then arrange a long holiday of a few months. Besides, there is no need to wait for official holidays such as Songkran for continuous leisure time. Thai people may wonder how foreigners are able to backpack through multiple countries for months on end. The holiday system in their country is what supports this. The advantage of travelling overseas is that it expands your perspective, which you can apply in your professional work when you come back to your office.''

I hope to receive welfare for higher education from the company I work for. Providing funds for employee education is one of the best methods for a company to develop the skills of their workers. Though work experience plays an important role in a career, education is another form of support that helps improve an employee's ability at work. The reason is that education related to an employee's field of work can widen their vision, which in turn can stimulates further achievements for their company. Companies should provide funds for employees to pursue postgraduate degrees while they can complete their daily work at the same time. For editorial staff working on various categories of publications, marketing skills are necessary for dealing with complex assignments. Marketing knowledge is very useful for writing and editing some specialised publications as well as interviewing people in the marketing field. Moreover, further marketing study can help strengthen management skills. The support I receive from my company is quite sufficient since they provide employees adequate funds for phone bills, education for their children, health care expense and prolonged holidays.
